Items returned more than 30 days after original delivery date will be denied a refund. Returned items that are damaged in transit as a result of improper of insufficient packaging will be denied. Be sure to package your return properly!

This means that within 30 days of the date of invoice you may return your purchased item in resalable condition (in original packaging, with all supplied drivers/manuals/cables/adapters etc.) and receive a refund for the purchase price of your returned item minus a 15%-25% re-stocking fee.

To receive a refund, the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (a.k.a. RMA Number) must be posted on the outside of the package

(no markings on product packaging, just the outer shipping box)and include an explanation for the reason of return, including customer name, purchase order number, telephone number, and e-mail address. A refund will be issued when we receive the package, test it, and confirm that it is in resalabe condition.


It is recommended that shipping of returned merchandise be via UPS, Federal Express, or US Mail (returns via US Postal Service must be in a "insured" and "trackable").

CoolGear Inc./Secursite/Afilliates are not responsible for lost packages. (make sure it is shipped secured properly trackable and insured)

Refunds will be credited to the original buyer's account. All refunds will be credited at lesser of current market value or purchase price. Removal of serial numbers will void all warranties. Items being returned to us with missing serial numbers, will be refused and returned to the customer.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
